90% of the nation loves Pakistan Army: Railways Minister

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Saturday said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is not going anywhere; however Pakistani politics can see some major disturbances.

Sheikh Rashid while addressing a news conference, said that 90% of the nation loves Pakistan Army while rest 10% are disappointed and defeated. He warned that TTP, funded by Indian money, has now become active and it is one of our duties to stop terrorism in the country.

The Railways minister said that if governments could be overthrown by rallies, PTI staged a 126 days long sit-in. Imran Khan is ready for consultation but will not discuss NRO with opposition, he added.

He said that Pak army and government are on the same page and termed it a success of democracy. Taking about PML-N, he said Imran Khan is trying to bring back Nawaz Sharif while cases against ‘my friend’ Shehbaz Sharif are serious.

Sheikh Rashid also claimed that Pakistan People Party (PPP) will refuse to accept decisions of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) which are against democratic values.
