GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government is taking political revenge in the name of corruption

Addressing Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) public meeting organized by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in Gujranwala, Bilawal Bhutto said that the government has broken all records of corruption and demanded across the board accountability.

Bilawal Bhutto said that Pakistan s economy is passing through the worst period in its history under the present government and added that people cannot afford two meals a day due to inflation. This was not the case even when Pakistan was bifurcated.

Lashing out at Prime Minister Imran Khan, the PPP chairman said that the only change the PTI-led government has brought is that today there is historical inflation and unemployment in Pakistan. Essentials are out of reach of the people.

Bilawal said that the youth of the country are jobless despite have various degrees. This is a change Imran Khan and his selectors brought in the country that every sector in Pakistan is in crisis today.

Earlier, addressing a press conference in Lalamusa on Friday, Bilawal Bhutto said that time has come to send ‘puppet’ government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) packing.

The PPP chairman said that incompetent government has destroyed the lives of the people in just two years. The incumbent government is unable to bear the popularity of opposition parties and their rallies, he added.

Bilawal Bhutto asserted that true democratic parties are on one page.

He further stated that everyone is watching the perplexed faces of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and his federal ministers over the opposition’s drive.
