LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday has conducted hearing on a case pertaining to writing a computerized diary and nullified the legal amendment in this regard.

During the hearing, the court has also declared standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding the diary as illegal.

While giving remarks on motorway rape incident, LHC Chief Justice Qasim Khan said nobody is listening to suspect Abid Malhi’s father that he had convinced his son for arrest.

He further expressed resentment over keeping the families of the suspect into custody for several days. The police culture has to be stopped, he remarked.
