Nuclear capability safe under strong command, control system: PM
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he will further strengthen the strategic capabilities for the sovereignty of the country. Nuclear capability was secured under a strong command and control system.
According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan has visited the satellite ground station of SPARCO where he reviewed the country s capabilities in space, science and technology.
The federal minister and military officials were also present on the occasion. The Prime Minister was briefed on the use of technology in national security and economic development.
Scientists and engineers briefed the Prime Minister on science and technology projects. The Prime Minister pledged to maintain national security and sovereignty.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the country would further strengthen its strategic capabilities for sovereignty and national interests. Nuclear capability is secured under a strong command and control system.
The Prime Minister expressed his desire to expand the infrastructure for space technology. Prime Minister Imran Khan was also briefed on National Space Program 2047.
