MPA's husband, session judge fight in Islamabad's red zone
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Abida Raja s husband and Sessions Judge had an altercation in the Red zone of Islamabad. Additional Sessions Judge Tariq Jahangir opened fire on the other party, Police has arrested both accused and transferred to the secretariat police station.
According to details, a firing incident has taken place at a petrol pump located in the red zone of the federal capital. Police have taken the accused into custody and shifted them to the police station.
Dunya News has obtained CCTV footage of a scuffle and firing at a petrol pump in front of the Foreign Office in the Red Zone in Islamabad, in which it can be seen that a man on a Land Cruiser Attacked, slapped and punched the other man already stationed at the petrol pump to fill his car.
The victim opened fire from inside the vehicle. After the incident, the police took the parties into custody and shifted them to the police station.
Sources said that one of the detained accused is the husband of a female MPA of the ruling party while other is a law ministry official.
