LAHORE (Dunya News) - Met office informed that strong monsoon currents will continue to penetrate in the Country during the current week. In Southern parts from Monday to Wednesday and in upper parts from Tuesday to Thursday.
Under the influence of this system rain and wind-thundershowers, with isolated heavy to very heavy falls, are expected in Karachi,
Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, Tharparker, Nagarparker, Mirpurkhas, Islam Kot, Umar Kot, Sanghar, Sukkur and Larkana from Monday to Wednesday
Rain-thundershowers with isolated heavy falls are also expected in Lasbella, Khuzdar, Awaran, Barkhan, Zhob, Musa Khel, Loralai, Kohlu and Sibbi during Monday and Tuesday.
Widespread rain and wind-thundershowers are expected in Kashmir, Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and Gilgit-Baltistan from Tuesday to Thursday.
On Monday rain wind-thundershowers are expected in Sindh, Southeastern Balochistan, Northeastern Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and Kashmir.
Tomorrow rain and wind-thundershowers are expected in Sindh, Southeastern Balochistan, Northeastern Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa and Kashmir.
In the last 24 hours weather remained hot and humid in most parts of the country. However, rain-thundershowers occurred in Sindh, Punjab, Kashmir and Eastern Balochistan.
Diplo 177mm, Mithi 76, Nagarparker 28, Islamkot 21, Kaloi 20, Dhaheli 13, Badin 12, Chacharo 05, Lahore Airport 07, Muzaffarabad 03, Khuzdar 09mm of rain was recorded.
Yesterdays Maximum Temperate in Nokkundi 44°C, Dalbandin, Chillas 43°C, Turbat, Rohri and Dadu 41°C was recorded.
