Ready to give account of PML-N's five years tenure: Mifta Ismail

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Miftah Ismail has said that he is ready to give an account of five years of his government but the Prime Minister should also investigate his tenure.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi, he said that the prices of various items have gone up hundred times but they put all the blame on the mafia. The biggest losers are the poor. Ministers should hide their faces after what the government has done instead of reporting on its performance, he added

Miftah Ismail said that we had borrowed Rs10,000 billion in five years while PTI has borrowed Rs11,000 billion in just two years. He said the biggest failure of this government was not to collect taxes. Five Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) chairmen have been replaced, this is not understandable.
