International Organizations praising Pakistan's handling of coronavirus: Chairman NDMA
More medical supplies will reach Pakistan by August 31: Chairman NDMA
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chairman of National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Lt. General Muhammad Afzal said that International organizations are praising Pakistan’s anti-coronavirus steps.
Chairman NDMA, while talking to media, said that coronavirus epidemic is not over and urged people to take precautionary measures. He added that government and people of Pakistan are thankful to China for their cooperation during coronavirus outbreak.
Lt. General Muhammad Afzal further said that a plane carrying medical supplies has arrived in Pakistan and more supplies will reach Pakistan by August 31.
He also praised role of Chinese ambassador and said that whenever there is shortage of supplies, Chinese ambassador helps immediately.
