Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi's (RA) 1290th Urs begins in Karachi
Annual three-day Urs celebrations of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi (RA) have been started in Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Annual three-day Urs celebrations of Sufi saint Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi (RA) have been started in Karachi on Monday, Dunya News reported.
Sindh Minister for Auqaf and Irrigation, Suhail Anwar Siyal, inaugurated the 1290th Urs ceremony of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi (RA) and offered Fateha. The ceremonies started with bathing of the holy tomb followed by laying floral wreaths and chaddar on the shrine.
A large number of devotees from around the country are expected to attend the three-day Urs. All the devotees attending the Urs have been directed to take precautionary measures against coronavirus during gatherings.
