Tiger Force day: PM to launch One-Day Tree Plantation Drive to plant million trees today
Prime Minister invited everyone to join him today in planting trees all over Pakistan.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch the biggest tree plantation campaign in the history of country today (Sunday) targeting around 3.5 million trees in a day across the country.
In a tweet, Prime Minister invited everyone to join him today in planting trees all over Pakistan.
He also asked the parliamentarians, ministers, chief ministers and Tiger Force volunteers to participate in the biggest tree planting campaign.
Over a million volunteers of the Prime Minister’s Tiger Force will also plant trees as part of Ten Billion Tree Tsunami initiative.
On the other hand, Chief Ministers of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Sardar Usman Buzdar and Mahmood Khan have inaugurated tree plantation campaign in the province by planting a sapling on Tiger Force day.
The CMs have expressed determination to plant millions of plants across their provinces.
