PM Imran Khan assumed power of a collapsing economy: Senator Faisal Javed
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Senator Faisal Javed has said that past rulers left all National institutions, including PIA, in economic deficit. Their style of governance revolved around plundering the economy, building palaces and properties and then fleeing from accountability.
Addressing the Senate session on Monday, he said that these leaders cannot hide themselves from the public, even if they are holed up in London.
The Senator said that these people could not show any original document to validate their fake Qatari letters and trust deeds but are quick to go after Imran Khan for raising his voice against the Panama scandal.
He said that public plunged into the depths of poverty due to the previous governments while some families’ wealth sky-rocketed. But, Imran Khan has no personal interests, his only aim is to lift the country out of poverty.
