Federal Govt unable to take decisions in right direction: Murtaza Wahab

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh government’s Spokesperson Murtaza Wahab has said that the federal government has not been able to take right decisions in the most difficult times.

Wahab said that federal government seemed more interested in confrontation with the Sindh government rather than to fight against coronavirus in the country.

Addressing a press conference in the Sindh Assembly, provincial government spokesman Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that the Supreme Court had ordered the transfer of three major government hospitals in Karachi to the federal government but the federal government had not been able to meet the management requirements of the hospitals.

Murtaza Wahab said that instead of supporting the Sindh government, the federal government was interfering and obstructing Sindh government. He said that I urged federal government time and time again to work together but situation remained opposite.

He said that the Sindh government has not taken any decision regarding lockdown. If such a decision is taken, it will be done in consultation with the federal government.
