Operation against locusts swarm continues in Punjab: Fayyaz Chohan.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan Saturday said operation against locusts swarm is continuing in the province on Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar’s direction.
Fayyaz Chohan said in his statement that the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has conducted survey of over 4.14 lac acres of crops and sprayed 686 acres which were affected.
The provincial minister further said that state-of-the-art machinery is being used in the ongoing operation against the swarm of locusts.
