President urges universities to adopt innovative communication technologies
Must ensure access to quality education in view of the challenges posed by coronavirus: Arif Alvi
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - President Dr. Arif Alvi has urged the National Textile University, Faisalabad to play its role in helping the textile industry of the country in value addition and product diversification.
He stated this during a presentation given to him by Rector of NTU, Professor Dr. Tanveer Hussain in Islamabad today.
Appreciating the role of NTU in producing qualified and skilled manpower, the President said the university has made great contributions in promotion of textile industry as well as boosting the export sector of the country.
He said the universities are required to adopt innovative information communication technologies to ensure access to quality education in view of the challenges posed by corona pandemic.
