Pakistan rejects Indian claims of targetting launching pads across LoC
India has violated the ceasefire agreement 882 times in 2020
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan has rejected India s claim of targetting launching pads across the Line of Control (LoC) and said it rejects baseless Indian allegations of infiltration attempts.
A statement issued by the Foreign Office said that the Indian allegations were an attempt to divert attention from terrorism in occupied Kashmir.
The statement said that Indian tactics are a threat to peace in the region. In 2020, India has violated the ceasefire agreement 882 times and just this month, the Indian Army has martyred 29 Kashmiri people.
Foreign Office spokesperson said that as the world s focus is on dealing with the coronavirus, India has taken advantage of the situation to push its Hindutva agenda across Kashmir.
The statement further said that the response to last year’s Indian misdventure in Balakot was a demonstration of Pakistan s potential and India should not underestimate the resolve of Pakistani forces and people.
