Chairman 18th Amendment Implementation Commission said he couldn’t say anything about employees being sent to surplus pool. Resolution in the Parliament cannot overrule any constitutional amendment, he added.No time frame could be given when the implementation commission’s job would be over, he maintained. His job is to implement the 18th Amendment and not to bring the 20th amendment, he added.There could arise some problems after the implementation of the 18th Amendment and Council of Common Interests could take care of them, he concluded.
