UK supports dialogues with Taliban: envoy

India has no role in Afghan security issues, says UK Ambassador to Afghanistan William Patey.

Patey called on the National Assembly Standing Committee on foreign Affairs. He said that afghan people considered that Pakistan’s role was vital than India. He admitted Pakistan’s reservations on India’s interference in Afghanistan. They also discussed Pakistan role in war on terror. The UK envoy to Pakistan was also present on the occasion.
