CJP takes notice on lack of facilities against coronavirus
The first hearing of the case will be conducted on April 13
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chief Justice Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed has taken notice on the lack of facilities provided by the government in fighting against the coronavirus.
In this regard, notices have been issued to Attorney General, Secretary Health and Interior Secretary. A five-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed will conduct the first hearing of the case on April 13.
