Dozens arrested in Quetta for violation of lockdown in Quetta
Police on Thursday arrested dozens of persons in Quetta for violating coronavirus lockdown provision
QUETTA (Dunya News) – At least 41 shops were sealed and dozens of persons were arrested in Quetta for violating lockdown provision and Section 144 imposed to contain the spread of coronavirus, Dunya News reported.
According to Assistant Commissioner Quetta Nida Kazmi, district administration sealed 41 shops and arrested 65 persons during operation in different parts of Quetta for violating lockdown imposed by the Balochistan government.
Assistant Commissioner also informed that at least 30 drug addicts were also arrested by police from Bacha Khan Chowk during the operation.
