LAHORE (Dunya News) - Heavy falls are expected in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region and Kashmir on Saturday.
Heavy falls are expected in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region and Kashmir during Friday and Saturday. Heavy rainfall may generate flash flooding in Zhob, Musa Khel, Loralai, DI Khan, Bannu, Karak, and Waziristan during Thursday/Friday, while in Dir, Malakand, Swat, Peshawar, Mardan, Hazara and Kashmir during Friday/Saturday. Due to torrential rains, there is a risk of land sliding on the highways of Kashmir, Gilgit, Malakand, Dir and Hazara.
Extreme rainfall, hailstorm and wind-thunderstorm may threaten partial loss of wheat crop in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Upper Punjab.
On Saturday, Intermittent rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Hailstorms are also expected at few places in Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Potohar region. Dry weather is expected in other parts of the country.
