Potential danger of coronavirus: Balochistan shuts down schools, madaris till March 15
The ongoing matriculation examinations in Balochistan have also been postponed.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochistan government has shut down schools and madaris in the province due to potential danger of coronavirus, Dunya News reported.
According to a statement from the Education Department on Wednesday, all public and private educational institutions and madaris in the province will remain closed till March 15.
The ongoing matriculation examinations under Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education have also been postponed and the new date for remaining papers of class 9th and 10th will be announced later.
On the other hand, Sindh government has also decided to keep the educational institution in Karachi on Feb 27 and Feb 28 due to potential danger of coronavirus
