CM Buzdar to lay foundation stone of mother and child hospital in Lahore today
According to sources, the 600-bed hospital will be completed with a cost of Rs 7 billion.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Chief Minister Punjab, Usman Buzdar, will lay the foundation stone of mother and child hospital in the premises of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Lahore today (Monday), Dunya News reported.
According to sources, the 600-bed hospital will be completed with a cost of Rs 7 billion. Sources further informed that Rs 4 billion would be spent on construction of mother and child hospital while Rs 3 billion would be spent of equipment and machinery.
The 10-storey building of the hospital will have 13 operation theaters with emergency ward on the ground floor where modern healthcare facilities will be provided to mother and child.
