President Arif Alvi to arrive in Lahore on Feb 22
The President will attend a seminar on Autism and Child Psychology at Fountain House
LAHORE (Dunya News) – President Dr Arif Alvi will arrive in Lahore on February 22 on three day official visit.
During his visit, the President will attend a seminar on Autism and Child Psychology at Fountain House on February 22 and will be the chief of guest of convocation at Fatima Jinnah University.
He will also address the party workers at a ceremony on February 24.
Earlier today, President Arif Alavi arrived in Quetta on one-day visit where Governor Amanullah Yasinzai and Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan received him.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony of Sibi Mela, he said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project will usher in a new era of progress and development in Balochistan, adding that the mega project also envisages establishment of special economic zones which will promote industries.
Arif Alvi said that Balochistan is not only blessed with natural resources but huge benefits can also be accrued by developing its fisheries and livestock sectors.
The President stressed the need for construction of small dams in the province to overcome the water shortage.
