PIC Riots: Authorities release preliminary report of damage to PIC

LAHORE (Dunya News) – District administration on Thursday released a preliminary report on the damage inflicted during an attack of the fully-suited lawyers at a cardiac hospital in Lahore which left at least three patients dead.
The preliminary report stated that the Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) attack resulted in a loss of around Rs70 million.
It further stated that 10 Cardiac Monitors, four Eco-Machines, three Ventilators and 15 telephones have been damaged, while entry and exit gates of the of the hospitals and two walk-through gates were also damaged in the attack.
The windowpanes and doors were also shattered, while information counter at the emergency of the hospital, windows and computers were damaged in the attack.
The windowpanes of 16 cars were also destroyed, while two of the cars have been completely destroyed.
