LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Information Minister, Mian Aslam Iqbal, said that there was no need of Rs300 billion Orange Line train project, instead the money should have been spent on schools, filtration plants and hospitals.

Talking to media at the inauguration of the Water Filtration Plant in Gulberg, Aslam Iqbal expressed that the Sharif family has not built any hospital where they can get treated. “If any of Sharif family member gets sick then their well-being should be sought after giving them a ride of the metro”, he added.

He asserted that the Sharif family has done billions of trillions rupees of corruption. “No one is an angel and those who did wrong, suffered from its consequences”, he said, adding that those who plundered the nation should be treated as thieves.
