24 killed, 42 injured in separate road mishaps across country
LAHORE (Dunya News) – At least 24 people have been killed while 42 others sustained severe wounds in different road mishaps across the country.
According to details, a speeding dumper rammed into coaster in Pakpattan and killed eight passengers. The rescue teams have shifted the victims to nearby hospital for medical assistance.
In Muzaffargarh, Mazda crushed passenger van and motorcycle and left six dead and several people injured. While arriving at the scene, the security forces have cleared the road.
Separately, two cars collided with each other on Lahore’s Ferozpur Road and killed three people while a speeding bus caught fire after turning turtle in on Multan-Sukkur Motorway.
On the other hand, Sufi artist lost his life in a road accident near Naushahro Feroze.
