CM Balochistan directs authorities to establish anti-harassment cells
The anti-harassment cells will cater to womens complaints about harassment.
QUETTA (Dunya News) - Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Jam Kamal Khan on Wednesday directed the CM Secretariat, divisional commissioner and deputy commissioner offices to establish anti-harassment cells, Dunya News reported.
According to a government issued notification, the cells will cater to women’s complaints about harassment. It will also work to put an end to such cases and take those responsible to task.
The cells will have contact numbers which will be advertised so people can file their complaints, the notification added.
The Chief Minister has also directed that the report of complaints made in the cell and the details of the proceedings be sent to the Chief Minister Secretariat.
