Summary Marchers would not block roads and no anti state speeches would be made.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Capital city administration has issued a conditional NOC for Azadi March of JUI-F.

Sources said special branch police has objected to issuance of NOC.

According to the NOC, minors are not permitted in the ‘Azadi March’; roads shall not be blocked; no harm shall be done to public property and no worker shall enter the government buildings.

Also it included that, hate speech against the religion and state and any ideology won’t be permitted in the march.

No flag of any political party should be burnt, the participants need to strictly abide by the guidelines.

In case the said guidelines are not followed the conditional NOC will be revoked, it further read. 

On the other hand head of government committee Pervaiz khattak has prepared a detailed negotiation report to be shared with Rehbar committee.
Sources added that the report binds opposition to abide by the points agreed in the report.

Government has still not created any hurdle and agreement says Marchers would be bound to place allocated for rally.
