Police official martyred, 11 injured in Quetta blast
The explosive device was planted in a motorcycle.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – A cop was martyred and 11 others including four policemen were wounded in a bomb blast in Balochistan`s provincial capital on Tuesday.
As per the details, the explosion took place on Quetta’s Double Road near police vehicle when the law enforcers were on routine patrolling and sitting in their vehicle.
Several vehicles, including cars and motorcycles in the vicinity of the blast, were damaged due to its intensity.
The explosive device was planted in a motorcycle.
Soon after the blast, law enforcement agencies and rescue staff reached the spot.
The law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area, while the injured men were shifted to local hospital for medical assistance.
