PML-N delegation calls on Fazlur Rehman
Ahsan Iqbal said Nawaz Sharif has called on all opposition parties to participate in Azadi March.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) called on Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday and handed him a letter of former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif in the letter has reiterated his support to the JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman for anti-government Azadi March.
Talking to media after that meeting, senior PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has called on all opposition parties to participate in the march.
Ahsan Iqbal further said that there is no rift in the ranks of PML-N on the issue of Azadi March and the party is united. He said that the PTI government is spreading disinformation in this regard.
