Air Force Day recalls bravery and courage of sky warriors: Firdous
Dr Awan took to Twitter, and paid tribute to veteran officers Rashid Minhas and MM Alam.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan stated on Saturday that the Air Force Day reminds us of lionhearted and fearless pilots who had overpowered the bigger enemy with the passion of faith.
Dr Awan took to Twitter, and paid tribute to veteran officers Rashid Minhas and MM Alam, and called them “symbol of courage of the Pakistan Air Force.”
“The entire nation salutes their heroes […] the way the nation has celebrated the Defence Day in solidarity with the Kashmiris is matchless,” she said, adding that the day observed the nation with inspiring spirit while paying rich tribute to the martyrs and the ghazis.
The special assistant to the PM saluted Pakistani nation for expressing true feelings for Kashmiris and supporting legitimate right of people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
She urged to maintain this unity and solidarity to make Pakistan impregnable force.
