Dunya News obtained copy of affidavit submitted by AC Judge Arshad Malik in IHC.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Following a video controversy surrounding the trial of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Judge of Accountability Court Arshad Malik has submitted an affidavit in the Islamabad High Court today (Friday).
After submission of the affidavit, the IHC wrote to the Ministry of Law and Justice to remove Arshad Malik from Accountability Court II, Islamabad.
