Government wants to scrape the 18th amendment: Bilawal

LOIR DIR (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said government wants to scrape 18th amendment and lower NFC award but they will not compromise on democratic system even if whole family put behind the bars.

Addressing a public gathering at Loir Dir, he said the history remembers only those who have done something for the rights of people. He said on the other hand no one remembers the snatchers of public rights.

PPP leader said we are fighting with dictatorship having democratic appearance. Bilawal added that former premier Bhutto gave constitution to this country and made it an atomic power. He said Bhutto gave employment to people by introducing agriculture reforms.

He said our struggle is against selected PM, adding that those talking about independent judiciary are attacking the institutions. He said people are praying for end of this government within a year.

Bilawal said public is facing the burden of incompetency shown by this government. He said such lower taxes were never collected in the history of Pakistan, adding that every item is inflated after the budget. He said incompetency of federation is leading to bankruptcy of provinces.
