Govt has nothing to do with Rana Sanaullah's arrest: PM Imran Khan
PM Khan said that Rana Sanaullahs arrest is a legal matter as no one is above the law.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday stated that arrest of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) Punjab President Rana Sanaullah is not a political but a legal matter as government has nothing to do with it.
According to the details, PM Khan chaired the federal cabinet session today (July 2) where it was decided to tighten the noose around the criminals. He also said that confiscation of the Banami properties will start at 12am tomoroow night under the Tax Amnesty Scheme.
PM Khan directed to formulate a new master plan for Islamabad in a month whereas he also reprimanded the performance of Capital Development Authority (CDA) authorities asking if there is any institution in the world who would sell lands to pay their employees.
PM Khan issued special instructions to facilitate the airports with war base. He asserted to deal with immigrants in a respective way while emphasizing that attitude of airport staff should be changed as he will not make any compromise on it.

Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) arrested Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana sanaullah for investigation on July 1. Sources said Rana Sanaullah is accused of having links with drug sellers. Sources added that the drug dealers are linked to banned organizations.
He was arrested near Sukheki while he was on his way to Lahore from Faisalabad to attend a party meeting. Rana Sanaullah is also accused of funding the proscribed organisations.
