Khanewal: Four of a family killed in road mishap
Four persons were killed in collision between a motorcycle and a trailer near Khanewal on Tuesday
KHANEWAL (Dunya News) – Four persons of the same family were killed when a speeding trailer hit a motorcycle at Abdul Hakeem Road near Khanewal on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Abdul Ghafoor of Khanewal Jinnah Colony Abdul Hakeem along with two women and four children was returning home from Deenpur on his motorcycle when a speeding trailer coming from opposite direction collided with the motorcycle, killing Abdul Ghafoor, his nephew Mukhtar Ahmad and two nieces Tayyaba and Samia on the spot and injuring two women and a minor child.
Police and Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to a hospital in Abdul Hakeem. Rescue sources said that all the injured were in critical condition. The driver of the trailer managed to escape from the scene.
