CTD detains three terrorists in Khanewal
The arrested terrorists belonged to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Thursday apprehended at least three terrorists during an operation in Khanewal.
As per the details, on a tip off, the CTD carried out an operation in Khanewal and detained three terrorists.
The terrorists were identified as Saqibullah, Masaab and Asif Nadeem. Weapons, hand grenades and banned literature.
The arrested terrorists who belonged to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) were planning to target sensitive installations in Khanewal. They were also collecting funds for the proscribed organization.
