Guru Arjan Day: Indian govt bars Sikh pilgrims from visiting Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Indian government on Friday has barred Sikh pilgrims from visiting Pakistan to attend ceremony related to their religious leader Guru Arjan Dev.
According to details, the pilgrims staged protest at Attari Border and chanted slogans against the Indian authorities. They said that they are not allowed to travel Pakistan despite visas.
Meanwhile, Indian government has also refused to take special train from Pakistan for the Sikh pilgrims. The officials said that India has been offered train two times but no response was received.
