Babar Atta alerts parents against anti-polio propaganda
11 more cases of polio have been reported in Bannu division
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Focal Person to PM on polio eradication Babar Bin Atta alerts parents on Saturday to not to adhere to propaganda against polio campaign and get their children vaccinated.
Reportedly, one more child in Bannu faces lifelong disability due to propaganda against the vaccination. 11 cases of polio have been reported in Bannu division where the situation has become alarming.
Babbar Atta appealed parents to not pay attention to the propaganda against the polio campaign, asking parents to get their children vaccinated.
The polio vaccine has eradicated the disease globally. Parents should be careful against the propaganda and get their offspring’s immunized against polio in the anti-polio campaign after Eid-ul-Fitr.
