Summary South Waziristan affectees have started returning to their homes in the second phase.
At the start of the second phase of repatriation, 45 families were transported to their homes in Madina Morr, Chagmalai and Saplatoi areas.Operational Commander South Waziristan Maj Asim Saleem Bajwa despatched the affectees from Rata Kalachi Stadium in district Dera Ismail khan and Kor Qala in district Tank.The affectees are also being provided food, enough for 6 months, and twenty five thousand rupees per family.The political management said that more than eight thousand affected families would be transported back to their homes in South Waziristan in the current phase.
