Lahore: 52 arrested in crackdown against one wheeling, kite flying
Police have arrested 52 people for one-wheeling and kite flying from various areas of Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Police on Sunday have arrested 52 people for one-wheeling and kite flying from various areas of Lahore. The crackdown against one-wheeling and kite flying in the city was conducted on orders of DIG operations Ashfaq Khan.
According to police sources, 27 cases have been registered against arrested persons in various police stations of the city.
Police sources said that 30 persons were arrested in Civil Lines Division for doing one wheeling, eight in Iqbal Town Division and seven in Model Town Division.
Separately, seven persons were arrested during police crackdown against kite flyers in different parts of Lahore on Sunday. Police sources said that four kite flyers were arrested from Cantt Division and three from Civil Lines Division.
