Lahore-Karachi railway track closed as freight train derails near Padidan.
PADIDAN (Dunya News) – The Lahore-Karachi railway track has been closed on Friday as a freight train derailed near Padidan, damaging both lanes.
Trains were halted at different stations following the derailment of the freight train.

The Green Line Express was stopped at Padidan railway station, Khyber Mail Express at Bandhi railway station, Sukkur Express at Nawabshah railway station and Millat Express at Ranipur railway station afterwards.
The rescue teams reached the incident spot near Padidan for restoration work.
