Summary Protester staged sit-ins and burnt tyres in several cities against unannounced power load shedding.
In Gujranwala, Shabab-e-Milli took out protest rally along with other organisation against long and unannounced load shedding. The rally started from Gondlanwala bus stand and ended near Sheranwala Bagh.The protesters also took out rally in Sukkur where they surrounded the WAPDA office and organised sit-in. The participants demanded the government to end load shedding.In Lahore, residents of Imamia Colony blocked GT Road on Thursday night and also protested against the unannounced load shedding.Participants of the demonstration said that load shedding has played havoc with their lives.
