KARACHI (Dunya News) – Police on Thursday baton charge nurses who were protesting outside the Press Club for increase in salaries and allowances.

On the other hand, Young Doctors Association staged protest across the Punjab against possible privatization of government hospitals.

OPDs of major hospitals in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Lahore and other cities have been closed to record the protest.
