Summary National Railways is defaulter of withholding tax.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Federal Board of Revenue has freezed the accounts of Pakistan Railways. National Railways is defaulter of withholding tax.
According to Dunya News sources, FBR has recovered 3 crore and 90 lac rupees from the accounts of Pakistan Railways which was defaulter of 6 crore and 50 lac rupees in context of withholding tax.
The tax was imposed on Pakistan Railways after auditing 2017 withholding taxes.
