Ramazan Bazaar to shield masses from food inflation, Senate informed

(Web Desk) - The Senate was informed today (April 30) that Ramazan Bazaars will be established to shield the masses from food inflation.

Responding to a question during Question Hour, Minister of State for Revenue Hammad Azhar said under Ramazan package, Utility Stores will provide various kitchen items on subsidized rates.

Answering another question he said incumbent government used the obtained loans for debit repayment of previous loans.

Planning Minister Khusro Bakhtiyar said western route of China Pakistan Economic Corridor has been accorded priority by the government as it connects less developed areas of Pakistan.

Responding to a question in the House, he said the work on western route to connect Kashgar with Gwadar post is in progress and Prime Minster Imran Khan, last month, performed the ground breaking of Quetta-Zhob section.
