Met Office predicts hot, dry weather in most parts of country
Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted hot and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours, Dunya News reported.
The Met Office said that continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while hot in plain areas of Punjab and Sindh during the next 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Kohat division and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Meanwhile, weather remained dry in most parts of the country, while hot in Sindh during the past 24 hours. However, rain occurred at isolated places in Malakand division, Khanewal, Layyah and Gilgit-Baltistan. Sukkur, Larkana and Dadu in Sindh province remained the hottest places in the country with temperature rising up to 43°C.
