Summary The fifth round of Pakistan-India secretary level talks continue in Islamabad.

Heads of both the delegations were optimistic about the outcome and said there was a likelihood of inking an agreement after the parleys. Pakistan delegation is being headed by Secretary Commerce Zafar Mehmood while Indian delegation is holding talks under Indian Secretary Commerce Rahul Khaler. Representatives of home department, interior ministry, customs, traders and embassy staff are included in the Indian delegation. The Pakistan delegation includes the officials of the FBR, food and agriculture, science and technology departments, the State Bank, Pakistan Railways, ministry of water and power and foreign ministry.The talks would continue till tomorrow and after the conclusion a joint communiqué will be issued.
