Hamza challenges NAB raid in LHC

Hamza Shahbaz has also challenged NAB’s on his house inModel Town in Lahore High Court (LHC).

He requested the court to launch contempt of court inquiry against NAB director and director general for spreading panic and fear among the women who were present inside the house.

Earlier, NAB team had put 23 questions before Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz, asking him why public money was used to build a nullah for Ramzan Sugar Mills while other sugar mills built them with their own money.

NAB also questioned if a survey was conducted for building a nullah.

Hamza replied to NAB team that he was unaware of matters related to this nullah as his brother Salman Shehbaz sees them.

Let it be known that Hamza Shahbaz turned up before the NAB on April 12 in money laundering and assets beyond income cases. The NAB sources claimed that the PML-N leader did not submit complete record.

Hamza Shahbaz has already been granted bail by the Lahore High Court (LHC) in Ramzan Sugar Mills and Saaf Pani (clean water) cases till April 17.
