Jordan Armed Forces Chief calls on COAS, agrees to optimize military ties
Matters pertaining to mutual and professional interest were discussed
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Staff of Strategic Planning and Defence Resources Jordan Armed Forces Major General Nassar Al Athamneh called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ, Monday.
In a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters pertaining to mutual and professional interest with special emphasis on defence and security collaboration between the two brotherly countries came under discussion during the meeting.
“Both sides agreed to further optimize military to military ties particularly in training and counter terrorism domain,” the statement added.
