Summary Report says that inefficient administration obstructs rule of law.
The PILDAT report was presented in a function held at a hotel in Lahore.The report says that thwarting the democratic process can cause irreparable loss to the country. The separatist movement in Balochistan intensified after the murder of Nawab Akbar Bugti.The report further says that the main hurdle in maintaining rule of law is inefficient administration. The government’s image is being tarnished owing to its incompetence.This state of affairs has raised serious questions about democracy, the report added.
